Return Policy & Refund Policy

·         If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete upon delivery, please request a return from the amaz app or website. Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery for amaz products, or within 7 days for non-amaz products.

·         For problems related to electronic equipment and mobile phones after use or return policy period, please check whether the product is covered by seller's warranty or brand warranty. For more information on making a warranty claim, please see our Warranty Policy.

·         For select categories, we accept changes of opinion. For more information, please refer to category wise return policy section below.

Valid reasons for product return

·           Delivered product is damaged (eg product is damaged or broken) / defective (eg does not switch on)

·           Delivered product is incomplete (eg no product or partially missing)

·           The delivered product is incorrect (eg wrong product/size/color, counterfeit product, or expired).

·           The product delivered does not match the product description or picture (ie the product is not as advertised)

·           Delivered product does not fit. (i.e., size inappropriate)

**Kindly note that some products are not returnable if they are not returnable on the product page. **

Conditions for Returns

·         The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and free of defects. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will be considered unworn.

·         Product must include original tags, user manual, warranty card, free accessories and accessories.

·         Product must be returned in original and exact manufacturer's packaging/box. If the product has been delivered in amaz.com.bd packaging/box, it must be returned in the same packaging/box. Do not apply tape or stickers directly to the manufacturer's packaging/box.

Note: It is important to indicate the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process. While handing over your package to the drop-off station/pickup agent, please collect the amaz return paper and save it for future reference. do

·         If your returned product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the request for refund.

Note: If your return request is rejected, the product will be shipped back to you within 6-8 days. After three (3) delivery failures the product will be scrapped and no refund will be given.

 

Issuance of Refunds

· Your refund processing time depends on the refund type and payment method.

· The refund period starts when amaz processes the refund according to your refund type.

· The refund amount will include the product price and shipping fee.

Refund Type

Amaz will process refunds as per the following refund patterns

· Refunds from Returns - Refunds are processed after your product is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed (passed). To find out how to return a product, read our returns policy.

· Refunds from canceled orders – Refunds are made automatically if the cancellation is processed successfully.

· Refund from Failed Delivery – The refund process will start when the product reaches the seller. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address.

Important Notes:

· Voucher can be used only once. Voucher must be equal to or greater than the value of the order used.

· In case of refund, the amount of cashback received, if any, will be adjusted against the refund amount.
